FMM150 – The Key Lessons I Learned From a Challenging Year

This year has been messy…

…one of the most challenging years I’ve personally experienced in some time.

And today I’m going to share with you those challenges – the highs and the lows – and how the journey unfolded up until now.

Most of the world treats the end of the year as a time to wind down, but for me , this is the  time to put my foot down on the accelerator.

Learning from our own struggles and victories, and also from those around us are what leads to growth and personal development.

…and who you become determines the results that you’re going to get.

So I’ve cherry picked what I hope are going to be the most impactful lessons for you…and if just one of these resonates with you…then this is going to be time really well spent.

How can you make progress?

How can you grow as a person?

How can you do more of the things that have worked for you?

Everything is a learning opportunity.

I’ve got some great stories for you… 🙂

Key takeaways:

  • “Happiness is not contained in what you have but who you become”
  • The formula to achieve success
  • How to be resilient and recover quickly from knock downs so you can keep moving forward.
  • How to experience more growth in your life and a lot more fulfillment and joy as a result of it.
  • How to ensure you take advantage of the new year.
