You would be crazy to want to stunt your growth as a producer, right?
…but a fair few people fall into a trap that leads to exactly that.
These are the people who tend to hold onto knowledge and keep it to themselves.
This typically comes from a place of insecurity. A place of fear of giving someone else a competitive advantage.
…But the reality is, the reverse is true.
By holding onto knowledge you play a smaller game and can get left behind, sometimes to a degree that you don’t progress with your music in the long run.
Everybody wants to grow. In fact, everybody needs to grow in order to reach their version of success.
And one of the things that I’ve noticed is that the people who share knowledge grow the most, progress the fastest, and receive the biggest boosts to their creative journey.
Sharing is such a superpower to have. It is not something that is going to hold you back.
…It’s something that is going to propel you forward.
You’re going to get more techniques, more knowledge, more perspectives, more motivation. You’re going to feel great!
Only good things can come from it and in this episode, I’ll map all of this out for you.
Key Takeaways:
- How you can grow rapidly whilst also contributing to the success of others.
- How to deepen your understanding and learn about the gaps in your knowledge.
- How to reach your version of success.
